Peter Bock is a Managing Director at Neuberger Berman. Prior to joining Neuberger Berman in 2005, Peter was an associate at Lightyear Capital, a $3 billion private equity fund. Prior to that, he worked at PaineWebber Inc., in both strategic investing and investment banking, advising on corporate transactions including M&A, restructurings and equity and debt financings. Peter holds an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business, Duke University and a BA from Amherst College.
