European ESG Template (EET) Request Form

The European ESG Template (“EET”) contains certain data which has been provided by third parties. While such data is believed to be reliable for use in the EET, neither Neuberger Berman Europe Limited (“NBEL”) or any of its affiliates warrant or guarantee or assume any responsibility for the completeness of such data, and such data has not been independently verified by NBEL. 

NBEL shall have no liability for any errors or omissions in the data contained in the EET, whether such data has been obtained from third parties or not. The data provided in the EET is to be reviewed alongside the fund prospectus and any disclosures made under the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (“SFDR”). In the event of conflict between the EET and the fund prospectus and/or SFDR disclosures, the latter will prevail.
