New York, March 2, 2015 — Neuberger Berman, one of the world’s leading private, employee-owned investment managers, announced that nine of the firm’s wealth advisors were included in the Barron’s magazine feature “America’s Top 1,200 Financial Advisors”. The annual state-by-state list shows three of the firm’s wealth advisors, Rick Szelc of Texas, Brian Hahn of Illinois, and Seth Finkel of New York, ranked among the top ten in their state.
Mr. Szelc, who manages $1.6 billion for clients and ranks #3 in Texas according to this listing, is a managing director at Neuberger Berman based in the firm’s Dallas office. As a wealth advisor at Neuberger Berman since 2000, Mr. Szelc works closely with his clients to create customized investment strategies for his high-net-worth clients. Also on this year’s Barron’s Top 1200 list were the following Neuberger Berman advisors: Tripp Taylor (California); and Arlene Adler, Peter Arbes, Virginia Guy, Holly Newman Kroft and William Peterson of New York.
“This is terrific recognition for the advisors on the list, their teams and our firm,” said Kenneth Rende, Head of Wealth Management at Neuberger Berman. “These results reflect the depth and breadth, as well as the talent and expertise of our wealth advisors and reinforces our ability to provide best-in-class service to clients across the U.S.”
Barron’s used a number of factors to determine the state-by-state rankings including: assets under management, revenue produced for the firm, regulatory record, quality of practice and philanthropic work.
