It has come to our attention that there are certain unknown and unauthorised third parties ("Unauthorised Third Parties") who are impersonating our firm Neuberger Berman (“NB”), in relation to various purported investment opportunities, including by setting up an unauthorised website (https://n-berman.com/), Telegram messaging channel (https://t.me/Neubergerberman9) and YouTube videos, to solicit investments (the "Scam").

Please take note that NB has no knowledge, affiliation and/or connection with the Unauthorised Third Parties, the unauthorised website, the unauthorised Telegram account or any of the YouTube videos.

We urge you not to rely on any of the information, representations, data and/or content provided by the Unauthorised Third Parties and/or contained in the Fake Website or the Fake Telegram Account. Such content appears to be fraudulent and illegal, and part of a scam.

We (i.e. NB and its affiliates) will not be liable for any losses that you may suffer in relation to any social media content posted by the Unauthorised Third Parties and/or the Fake Website and/or the Fake Telegram Account should you choose to rely on such content. Please also take note that NB and its affiliates will not reach out to you by way of Telegram messages and/or group chats to solicit for funds or to market investment opportunities, and you should treat all such approaches with caution.
