Alyssa Reardon, Vice President, is an ESG Integration Manager at Neuberger Berman focused on managing dedicated ESG integration projects across the Private Markets platform. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Alyssa was a Manager at Casey Quirk, a practice of Deloitte Consulting, where she spent more than five years consulting to public and private asset managers across the U.S. and Europe. Her engagement expertise focused on sustainability within asset management, specifically around designing sustainable firm visions, integrating ESG across the investment platform and assessing future-state operating models to support ESG investing objectives. Previously, Alyssa was an analyst at BNY Mellon Investment Management, focused on distribution strategy. Alyssa received her Master of International Business and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
