Definitions

“Affiliates” means any person or entity controlling, controlled by or under common control with the relevant party.

"KIID" means Key Investor Information Document as defined in Directive 2009/65/EC on UCITS IV and Commission Regulation 583/2010.

"NB Europe" means NBEL and NBAMIL.

“QIAIF" means Qualifying Investor Alternative Investment Fund.

"QIAIF Fund" means Neuberger Berman Investment Funds II plc.

"UCITS" means Undertaking for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities.

"UCITS Fund" means Neuberger Berman Investment Funds plc.
