Terri L. Towers, PhD, Managing Director, joined the firm in 2001. Terri is a Healthcare Senior Research Analyst in the firm’s Global Equity Research department and also provides guidance for the Firm’s private equity division. Prior to joining the firm, Terri was a postdoctoral fellow atthe Rockefeller University and was awarded the Cancer Research Institute and Leukemia & Lymphoma Society fellowships. Prior to this, Terri was a doctoral student at Cornell University Graduate School of Medical Sciences where she completed her PhD thesis through the joint program with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She began her career as a research technician at the Rockefeller University working for the late Nobel Prize recipient Dr. Gunter Blobel. Terri earned a BS from Lehigh University and a PhD from the Cornell University Graduate School of Medical Sciences.
