Fund Accounting, Auditing and Compliance Complaints

The Audit Committees of Neuberger Berman Funds have adopted procedures for individuals to confidentially report complaints or concerns about fund accounting or auditing matters. In addition, the Ethics and Compliance Committees of Neuberger Berman Funds have adopted procedures for individuals to confidentially report complaints or concerns relating to fund compliance matters. These procedures automatically apply to all new funds once they commence operations.

You can make a fund complaint by telephone, U.S. mail or e-mail. You can choose to do so anonymously, or request that your name be kept confidential, consistent with our policies. (See Section C, which contains provisions designed to protect whistleblowers from retaliation.)
