Peter Raith, Senior Vice President, joined the firm in 2010. Peter is responsible for business and capital markets development for residential and distressed residential mortgage loans. Peter joined the firm after a 17 year career in the Mortgage and Structured Products divisions at Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, and most recently, Bank of America. Prior to his career in fixed income, Peter spent several years in the management and leasing of commercial real estate. Peter earned a BS in finance from the University of Kansas and an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago.
